Hi, I’m Clarissa, owner of J&M 1956.

My love of beauty, bold colours, and self-care led to the evolution of J&M 1956 in 2020.
The name itself, J&M 1956, pays homage to two significant humans in my life - my grandparents, John and Margaret.  I wasn't lucky enough to meet my grandfather as he passed away before I was born but my grandma always kept me captivated with all the stories of their love and marriage, so it only makes sense I name my "baby' after them.

I adore eyelash extensions and the beauty they behold. After testing many eyelash sleeping masks in the market, I found none of them genuinely worked in protecting my precious (and expensive) lashes. Thus, I created my very own mask that does just that.
